UK Delivery

All standard orders will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service. Orders will usually arrive within three days, but in some cases can take up to five.
*During sales period delivery can take up to 5-7 working days.
We will provide you with a reference number for your parcel once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: £8.99
Royal Mail Special delivery UK (tracked service) is expected on the next business day if the order is placed before 12pm, Monday – Thursday.
Any orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following working day after.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that this does not include Public Holidays so any orders placed during these times may be delayed.
Europe Delivery: £13

If your tracking number for your order is showing as ‘Delivered’, however you believe it has not been delivered to you, you (the customer) must inform us of this within 14 days of this ‘Delivery date’ shown so that we can investigate this further, any requests made for lost parcels after 14 days cannot be processed by us.
Taxes and duties on international orders
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
