All orders from Her Crowns are shipped from the United Kingdom. For pricing and delivery estimates, please see below. All delivery times are from the date of dispatch and these times are estimates only and are provided to us by our shipping partners. Shipping times vary with each shipping location.

UK Next Day Delivery – Royal Mail Special Delivery £8.99
Please note the cut off for Next Day Delivery is 2pm Mon – Frid. A Next Day order placed before 2pm Friday would arrive on Monday. We don’t currently pick and pack at the weekends but this may be introduced in the future.
We will provide you with a reference number for your parcel once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Europe 5-7 working days: £19.99
USA 1-5 working days £24.99
Rest of the world 7-10 working days £34.99
Please note that standard delivery operates weekdays Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may take longer over Public Holidays.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and Her Crowns cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the above time frames.
If your tracking number for your order is showing as ‘Delivered’, however you believe it has not been delivered to you, you (the customer) must inform us of this within 14 days of this ‘Delivery date’ shown so that we can investigate this further, any requests made for lost parcels after 14 days cannot be processed by us.

Taxes and duties on international orders
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
