We have a 14 day return policy, which means returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and labels, and in its original packaging. Postage and insurance for the returned item is the responsibility of the customer and Her Crowns cannot be held liable for returns that do not arrive.
For UK returns, we recommend using a tracked delivery.
For international returns, please use your local courier to send your parcel.

We suggest taking your bust measurement while wearing your bra. Measure around the fullest part of your bust with your arms down.

Measure around the smallest part of your waist. If it’s a woven garment, you may want to measure while sitting down to make sure your clothes have some give.
