We hope that you are delighted with your Her Crowns purchase. However, if you would like to return your item, we’re happy to accept your return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Requirements for a return/exchange:
- Please return all items within 14 days of receipt of the order
- Item purchased on sale can only be exchanged.
- Item must be in the same condition it was received in
- Item must be unwashed, unworn and have no traces of perfume or deodorant
- Item must be in the original packaging, with tags/labels still attached.
- Item must be shipped within 3 working days of refund/exchange approval
- If you receive damaged products, you need to inform us asap and we may require photo/video evidence of the damage within 2 days of delivery
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item to us and once the return has been accepted make a separate purchase for the new item
Shipping costs:
- Postage and insurance for the returned item is the responsibility of the customer and Her Crowns cannot be held liable for returns that do not arrive
- For all returns, we recommend using a tracked delivery service
- Please note that for international orders, we are unable to refund any duties or tax payments
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, it can take up to 21 days to process a refund.
